• 1 salmon fillet (= 125 g)
• 70 g courgette
• 1 small onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp flour
• 50 ml cream
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp freshly chopped dill
