Oven Baked Omelette Cups

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 carton / 500 g Any Egg Creations flavour such as Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original, Fat Free Original, Fat Free Garden Vegetable or Fat Free Cheese & Chives, well shaken
• pinch salt and pepper (or to taste)
• 1 cup / 250 ml chopped baby spinach leaves
• 1/2 cup / 125 ml sliced grape tomatoes
• 1/4 cup / 50 ml diced red onion
• 1/2 cup / 125 ml grated Cheddar cheese
