Ingredients

• 1 ½ sticks Unsalted butter at room temperature, plus more in the pan
• 1½ tbsp Potato Starch plus more for the pan
• 1½ cups Confectioners sugar, plus 2 tablespoons for dusting
• ½ Vanilla bean, split lengthwise
• 5 Large eggs, at room temperature, separated
• Pinch of salt
• 6 oz Dark chocolate, grated
• ½ cup Generous ½ cup almonds, finely chopped
• ½ cup Generous ½ cup hazelnuts, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp Baking powder
