White Chocolate and Raspberry Mousse Trifle

Ingredients

• 2 x 85 g packet Aeroplane Original Raspberry Flavour Jelly
• 250 g fresh raspberries,or two cups frozen
• 375 g white chocolate
• 1 cup puffed rice cereal
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• ½ cup pistachio kernels
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 15 g freeze dried berries, roughly chopped
• 375 mL can evaporated milk, well chilled
• 250 g cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 600 mL thickened cream, whipped
• fresh and chocolate dipped strawberries
