Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds of ground chuck
• 1 each seeded and small diced red and green bell pepper
• 1/2 small diced yellow onion
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of finely chopped button mushrooms
• 1/3 loaf of French bread submerged in water for 5 minutes then squeezed out
• salt and pepper to taste
• 15 strips of bacon
• 1/2 cup of ketchup
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
