Ingredients

• 2 cups finely ground bulgar wheat, rinsed and drained
• 4 cups water
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
• 1-1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 medium onion, chopped
