Binakol Chicken Rice

Ingredients

• ½ kg chicken leg and thighs
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp salt
• ⅛ cup ginger
• 1 medium white onion
• 3 pcs garlic cloves
• ½ bunch tanglad
• 2 cups coconut water
• ½ cup coconut milk
• ¼ cup young coconut meat
• 1 bunch dahon ng sili
• 2 cups long grained rice
• 1 big bowl of ice water
• buko bowl
• 1 pc red chilies
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 calamansi
• 2 tbsp ginger
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp cilantro leaves
