• 1 package (16 ounces) frozen corn
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) finely chopped red onion
• 1/2 medium avocado, chopped
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise
• juice of 1/2 lime
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) chili powder
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) cholula green pepper hot sauce
• 1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
• Cotija cheese
