- 3 tablespoons Créme Brûlée Chandler Honey
- 4-5 ripe peaches with stones removed
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 1 vanilla bean, cut open
- splash of peach schnapps or other sweet liqueur
- 1 cup plain yogurt (or ice cream if preferred)
