Ingredients

• For the dough:
• 500 gr bread flour
• 200 ml lukewarm whole milk
• 90 gr sugar
• 70 gr butter, soften
• 8 gr dry yeast
• 5 gr salt
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 whole egg
• For the filling:
• 100 gr butter, soften
• 8 tbsp orange marmalade
• For the orange marmalade:
• 200 gr sugar
• 3 cara cara oranges
• 1 lemon, juice
• For the frosting:
• 220 gr powdered sugar
• 113 gr butter, soften
• 3 tbsp orange marmalade
