Marmalade steamed pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 125 gram butter
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup sultanas
