Easy and quick to make with whatever citruses you may have (not just grapefruits). A great option if your friends suddenly invited you over, or for a picnic with coffee — easy to transport too.
Ingredients
- 330 g of all-purpose flour
- 12 g of baking powder
- 2 g of salt
- 175 g of butter room temperature
- 2 grapefruits zest and juice
- 50 g of coconut sugar
- 50 g of date sugar
- 3 eggs
- 75 ml of milk or 90 ml of yogurt
