Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 small onion, medium dice
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon coriander
• ¼ teaspoon chili powder
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon oregano
• 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
• 1 cup apple juice
• 1 granny smith apple, medium dice
• 3 cups marinara sauce
• 1 can of your choice of beans (black, garbanzo, pinto, etc.)
