Ingredients

• 1 1/4 lbs. Stew Meat, 1" Cubes
• 1 lg Onion, chopped
• 1 each Garlic Clove, minced
• 1 cup Water
• 12 ounces Beer
• 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
• 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
• 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
• 1/2 cup Carrot, sliced
• 2 cups Frozen Peas
• 2 each Potatoes, peeled / cubed
