- Oil spray (I use Spray 'and Cook)
- 2-3 cups crushed Kelloggs Corn Flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Trim/ mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup Crosse & Blackwell Trim (low cal mayo)
- Dash lime juice
- Pinch ground garlic
- Pinch chilli flakes
- Lemon /Lime wedges
- Finely chopped parsley
