Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck, browned, drained and rinsed
• 1 pound ground mild or hot sausage, browned and drained
• 1 (16-ounce) package frozen chili con carne, thawed
• 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce with onions, celery and green bell peppers
• 2 (10-ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
• 2 (14-ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 envelope chili seasoning mix
• 1 cup water
