Recipe : Grilled Skirt Steak with Nectarine Salad – Hudson Meats

Ingredients

• 1 portion of skirt steak from Hudson Meats
• 2 tbsp Hot smoky BBQ sauce from Hudson Meats
• 4 cloves minced garlic
• 1 tsp thyme finely chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Pinch of sea salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 80g Mixed greens
• 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
• 3 Nectarines thinly sliced
• ½ lemon
• 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
• ½ tbsp Chives and oregano finely chopped
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
