- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp whiskey
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin or 3 gelatin sheets
- ¼ cup water with pinch of salt
- 1 ⅓ cups whipping cream (35%)
- 1 9-in. (23cm) baked pie shell
