  • 2 roasted poblanos, coarsely chopped
  • 1 qt. beef stock
  • 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. Mexican oregano

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: Kosher Salt to taste
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
