- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)

- 1 lemon, halved and griddled
- 4 vine tomatoes, halved and griddled
- Fresh parsley, chopped
