- 2 tins butter beans(washed & drained)
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
- 1 level teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
- 1 small piece of amli (tamerine)-mix in boiling water & strain(set aside)
