- 1 cup Guinness
- 1 stick unsalted butter + 1 TBS
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 8 oz cream cheese,
- 1 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/3 cup milk or
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz unsalted butter softened
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 4-6 Tbs Bailey's Irish Cream
