• 1 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed
• 1 and one fourth teaspoons all purpose flour
• 9 strips bacon
• 36 ounces of ground beef, 80 percent lean to 20 percent fat
• 3 teaspoons ground cumin
• 6 slices of sharp Wisconsin cheddar cheese
• 6 Kaiser rolls sliced in half
