Autumn Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 2 pounds of regular ground beef
• 6 slices of thick cut bacon
• 6 slices of thick cut sharp cheddar cheese
• 6 French style hamburger buns
• 1 Granny smith apple @ 4 tablespoons of grated skin
• 1 large red onion
• 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup @ 4 teaspoons@ 3 tablespoons of apple cider
• 3/4 cup of Kraft Original BBQ Sauce(or favorite brand)
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
• 1 teaspoon of hot Hungarian paprika
• 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
• 2 1/2 tablespoons of grated yellow onion
• 4 finely grated garlic cloves
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of apple pie spice
• 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
