- 120 g Almond flour
- 50 g Oat flour
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Rosemary leaves ((chopped))
- 1 tsp Ground pepper
- 20 ml Water
- 5 Free-range egg
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Red onion ((chopped))
- 3 handfuls Baby spinach
- ½ Red bell pepper ((finely chopped))
- ½ Yellow bell pepper ((finely chopped))
- 100 g Ham ((cooked and crumbled))
- 150 ml Milk
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground pepper
- 60 g Cheddar cheese ((grated))
