Ingredients

• 2 tsp Olive oil
• 1 Onion
• 2 Carrots
• 4 Cloves of garlic
• 500 g Beef mince
• a pinch Salt and pepper
• 200 ml Red wine
• 400 g Chopped tomatoes (1 tin)
• 400 g Cherry tomatoes
• 140 g Tomato purée (1 small tin)
• 2 tsp Dried oregano
• 1 tsp Dried thyme
• 1 pinch Chilli flakes
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 tbsp Hermesetas Granulated
• 2 tbsp Fresh basil
• 500 g Fresh pasta/spaghetti
• Parmesan
