• 1 Garlic Clove (grated)
• 10 g Butter
• 150 g Broccoli
• 1 Potato (steamed, 160g/5.64 oz per potato)
• 1 tsp Olive Oil
• 1 Tomato
• Daikon Radish (grated)
• Shiso Leaf
• Ponzu Sauce (Japanese citrus-based sauce, packaged)
