- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 squares (1 oz. each) semisweet chocolate
- 2 T. butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 c. confectioners’ sugar
- 2-3 T. hot water
