- 2 cups/500mL Water
- 1 cup/250 mL Whole Milk
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup/250mL Dainty Short rice
- 2 tbsp Dark Rhum (optional)
- 1/2 cup/125mL 35% Cream
- 1/2 cup/125mL Sugar
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- 1 1/4 cups/200g Chopped Bittersweet Chocolate (preferably 70%)
- Garnish optional: Toasted slivered Almonds or toasted crushed Hazelnuts
