Ingredients

• 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup coarse yellow cornmeal
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 ½ teaspoons salt
• 1 cup fresh summer corn kernels (or thawed frozen)
• 1 cup buttermilk
• ½ cup honey
• 4 large eggs
• hot dogs links, cut to size
• rosemary sprigs, cut individually for decoration
