Coriander Chicken On Ciabatta recipe by Chef K

Ingredients

• 4 pieces chicken fillet sliced in half to make it thinner. U shud have 8 pieces
• 2 tb lemon juice
• 2 clove garlic grated
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Coriander finely chopped handful
• 2 tb honey
• 2 tb oil
• Add the above and mix well into chicken.
• Airfry the chiken until cooked.
• Add your onion and cucumbers, chop up the chicken and close gently.
