Recipe - Olive Oil Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg (room temperature)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 6 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate (chips or bars cut into 1/2 inch chunks)
• flaky sea salt for garnish (optional)
