Spicy Thai Chicken Pasta - San Remo

Ingredients

• 2 cups San Remo Penne
• 4 tbsp oil
• 2 eggs, whisked
• 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 300g chicken breast, sliced
• 1 Spanish onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 3-4 tbsp sriracha sauce
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tsp coconut sugar
• 1 tsp pepper
• 2 cups frozen vegetables, at room temperature
• Optional topping: basil and chilli flakes, to taste
