- 1 box of Al’Fez TM Lebanese Style Falafel Mix
- ¾ cup of cold water
- 2 large tomatoes, diced into ½″ pieces
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- 2 green chilies, finely diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp natural Tahini
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
