Ingredients

• 1 stick Celery thinly sliced
• 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
• 1 - Egg beaten
• 100 g Fresh Breadcrumbs
• 2 cloves Garlic crushed
• 1 - Onion diced
• 1 pinch Pepper
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 - SuperValu Carrot finely diced
• 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley finely chopped
• 400 fillets SuperValu Irish Beef Mince
• 5 portions SuperValu Signature Tastes Ploughman’s Chutney or mushroom sauce to serve
• 4 tbsp Tomato Puree
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
