Ingredients

• San Remo No. 6 Spaghetti Tubular Pasta No. 6 500g
• 3 tbs butter
• 2 tbs Extra Virgin olive oil
• 1 brown onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, sliced
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tbs tomato paste
• 1 tin of tomatoes
• 1 lobster, meat picked from shell, tail piece diced
• Salt and Pepper
• ¼ bunch parsley, chopped
• 1 long green chilli, sliced
• 1 lemon, zested
