- 100g super-fine almond flour
- 75g powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup egg whites, at room temperature
- 75g granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
