Salted Caramel Apple Slice

Ingredients

• 2 tsp McKenzie’s Egg Replacer
• 4 tbs water
• 1 ½ cup plain flour
• 1 tsp McKenzie’s Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp McKenzie’s Bi-Carb Soda
• ½ tsp McKenzie’s Sea Salt Grinder
• 100g unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
• 150g brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup plain full fat yoghurt
• 2 large apples, peeled, cored and chopped into 1cm cubes
• 2 tsp McKenzie’s Ground Cinnamon
• 1 large apple, thinly sliced to decorate the top
