I had to try the viral labneh sandwich with crunchy bread! When I saw the fresh delicious Lebanese dairy products from @alakhdar.dairy
Ingredients
- 3 tsp of labneh @alakhdar.dairy
- a small piece of soft goat cheese from @alakhdar.dairy
- 1 large round Arabic bread
- dried zaatar mix
- extra virgin olive oil
- a small handful of fresh zaatar leaves
- a small handful of fresh lamb lettuce (ba’leh)
- 1/2 a small shallot, thinly sliced
- a few pitted black olives
- some sundried cherry tomatoes
