• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
• Fresh Orange Curd (follows)
• 3 cups Pecan-Cream Cheese Frosting (follows)
• 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, lightly toasted (optional)
