Gajar Halwa recipe by Tasmiah Tayoob

Ingredients

• 3 cups carrots grated finely
• 3/4cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup Sojee (semolina flour)
• 2 teaspoon yellow food coloring
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon Elachie powder
• Drop of rose essence
• 1/4cup of coconut
• 2 tablespoon almond powder
• And condensed milk according to taste (I added ½ Tin)
