- 6 pounds of pickling cucumbers (4-5 inches long)
- 8 cups of thinly sliced onions (about 3 pounds)
- ½ cup of Gathering Place Antarctic Pure Coarse Sea Salt
- 4 cups of apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups of organic cane sugar
- 3 tbs of Gathering Place Organic Pickling Spice
