• 1/3 cup breadcrumbs 80 ml
• 3 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tbsp. chives, chopped 45 ml
• 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped 45 ml
• <strong>Gravy</strong>
• 3 tbsp. butter 45 ml
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 thyme sprigs, de-leafed
• 3 tbsp. flour 45 ml
• 2 cups chicken broth 500 ml
• <strong>Seasoned herbs (to taste)</strong>
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 60 ml
• 1/4 cup chives, chopped 60 ml
• Zest from 1 lemon
