Ingredients

• 1 pack (500g) Simply chicken mince
• 3 tbsp Extra olive oil
• 1 White onions(diced)
• 2 peeled and chopped Carrots
• 2 Celery Sticks chopped Celery sticks
• 3 Garlic Cloves minced
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tsp Thyme
• 1 can Chopped Tomatoes (400g)
• 3 tbsp Tomato puree
• 300ml Chicken stock
• 3 large Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
• 2 Sweet Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
• 400g cauliflower
• 25g Butter
• 3 tbsp Double cream
