Ghee and Turka Roast Potatoes – Seema Pankhania

Ingredients

• 150g ghee
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 1.5kg potatoes
• Large handful Curry leaves
• 1 tsp black Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 5 green chillies, thinly sliced
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp salt
