Ingredients

• 1 pack of Melissa Penne
• 3/4 kg ground beef, ground once
• 3 bacon slices
• 1 large onion
• 1 carton of concentrated tomato juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp allspice
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tbsp coarse salt
• ½ bunch parsley
• 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
• 1 shot of ouzo
• 200 g mozzarella (2 packs)
