This is a tangy appetizer I like to serve whenever we have wild meat feasts. These go over very well.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
