Steak Chili

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon olive oil
• 2 lbs. sirloin steak, excess fat trimmed and remainder cut into cubes
• 1 large yellow onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 - 28 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 - 28 ounce can tomato sauce
• 1 - 4 ounce can green chilies
• 1 - 15 ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 - 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 4 cloves garlic
• Pinch sugar Salt and pepper
• Sour cream, cheese, and Fritos, for serving
