• 6 Cups Yellow Peaches [6-8 large peaches], sliced ((Peeled if desired))
• 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/3 Cup White Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

• 3 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 Pinch Salt
• 1/3 Cup India Pale Ale Beer
• 1 Egg, beaten ((for egg wash))
