True Hungarian Chicken Paprikas – Recipe Wise

Ingredients

• 2 frying chicken , cut up
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 large onions , peeled and chopped
• 2 garlic cloves , crushed
• 2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon salt ( to taste )
• pepper ( to taste )
• 2 -3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups sour cream , at room temperature
• 1 pint heavy cream
